SquadUP, Inc., a mobile-first ticketing, event management and audience engagement platform has announced the addition of reserved seating and seat mapping functionality to their offering. The functionality has been in private beta for several months and is now ready for platform-wide release.
SquadUP’s reserved seating functionality gives event organizers the ability to create a seat map and to sell tickets to individual seats at custom price points. This functionality is perfect for event organizers operating in large venues and also provides self-service customers with the ability to access enterprise ticketing functionality.
Reserved seating improves the ticket buying experience by allowing guests to see the view from their seats in the venue. This experience often leads to significantly higher ticket buyer conversion.
With the new feature, SquadUP will continue to service their core clientele with table seating, VIP sections, and other seated opportunities. Additionally, the platform now has the ability to sell tickets for 50,000+ seated stadiums, opening a large market opportunity for the Company.
