
Major Enterprises, Inc. was established in 1989 and for years continued to operate as a traditional brokerage company. Inspired by the changing real estate market and the advent of the Internet, Major developed systems, tools and technology that best fit the real estate brokerage business. In essence, we reinvented it.
Our goal was and remains very simple; to create an efficient learning organization that:
- allows its members to work in a positive environment,
- promotes career development, and high level of service to clients,
- provides a visionary accountable leadership, so that our agents can focus on business.
Major recognizes that the real estate is a business built on relationships and referrals. Therefore, Major strives to make its agents productive and profitable. Our agents increased efficiency directly benefits our clients. At Major, we help clients in transition. We are thrilled to report that our system is working. The proof is in our continued growth and ability to attract new and experienced agents. In January 2003, we were a boutique commercial real estate brokerage with six agents. In January 2004, we had 100 agents. In January 2005, we had 250 agents, and nine months later (September 2005), we had 500 agents at Major Enterprises, Inc. Over half of these agents joined our company because another agent of Major recruited them and recommended our company as the best place to work. Rest assured that this growth is in keeping with the quality and consistency that Major has always been known for.
Major began developing Web-based inventory management and marketing software for its agents in 2003. Many of the capabilities of our agent tools and transaction management platform came from our vast experience and success in the real estate industry. Throughout our many years of real estate transactional experience we learned how to use the Internet to manage processes, and help agents sell real estate. |

Our state-of-the-art system of servers, self-contained quality control, backups, software architecture, programs, and transaction- process engineering transformed the real estate business. This technology allows us to process and manage hundreds of millions of dollars of inventory at any given time, and is integral to the success and profitability of our agents. Knowing that our agents are not any more technologically inclined than the average consumer, we have also made our real estate system extremely user-friendly. But none of this means anything without our agents and clients. Through their support, Major has grown, and will continue to grow. Our goal is to empower you to become a leader in your field -- to become the "Real Expert in Real Estate". We are a company that makes things happen.
