Spring Grove is proud to be the home of the Annual Fourth of July Celebration and Illinois Storytelling Festival. The Annual Fourth of July Celebration kicks off at Noon with a parade and ends with a fireworks display in the evening. People attend both events from surrounding communities and states. The Municipal Centre is located at 7401 Meyer Road and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Services offered at the Municipal Centre include building permits, notary, vehicle stickers, voters registration, and general information.
